Summary
SpotMe provides an array of metrics, or analytics, that you can access directly at anytime to see what is happening in your app and with your users.
You'll not need to go through a support agent, as this is available in Backstage.
This article will provide a basic overview of the analytics and reporting you can expect with SpotMe.
Workspace dashboard
First, the workspace dashboard will give you an at-a-glance overview of how your workspace is performing.
This includes breakdowns of:
- The number of app users and adoption rates
- The app user engagement (feed posts, booth scans, notes taken, shared contacts, etc.)
- The number of workspace agenda sessions
- The app user devices and operating systems used to access the workspace.
- The workspace documents and their sizes.
Workspace analytics
Beyond the workspace dashboard, SpotMe offers a variety of analytics that provide information on the workspace and app users' activity.

These range from user-based queries (top users, popular users, etc.) through to page-based queries (forms, pages, sponsors, etc.), and include a section called Insights that provides an overview of what’s happening/happened during a given period of time.
Information like the average visit duration, or interactions per app user and per visit, will provide valuable information into what’s happening in your workspace, as well as detailed statistics on individual app user activity.
All this information can easily be exported, including the various graphs displayed throughout the module.
