Being able to report on how your sponsors performed at your event is crucial.
More importantly, you'll want to be able to provide reports on how interested and engaged partipants were with your sponsors. The key to doing this is to gather specific via the event, that can be found in Backstage.
Below are some of the insights that you can export for your event. For each of these data points you can export the results in a spreadsheet and download the chart as an image.

Who visited the sponsor profile pages?
The sponsor profile page is the go-to place for your partipants when they want to engage with sponsors. Measuring the number of visits to the profile pages is a great way to measure the audience's interest in the sponsor.
In the workspace main menu in Backstage, go to Analytics > Sponsors.
Here you can see:
- In the right of the screen, the top sponsors with the most views, along with how many times your audience has visited your sponsors' pages, as well as the total time the audience spent on the pages.
- In the export, you'll find a full list of all sponsor profile pages, the number of times they were viewed and for how long.
In the chart, filters allow you to adjust the timeframe, and to toggle between displaying data for all sponsors or for a specific one:
Who visited the sponsored documents?
Seeing which of your sponsors' documents generated interest during the event is also a great way to see how popular your sponsor was with your audience.
To find this information, in the workspace main menu in Backstage, go to Analytics > Documents.
Here you can see:
- To the right of the screen, the top documents with the most views. This includes how many viewers for each document, and how long each document was viewed for in total.
- In the export, you'll find a full list of all documents, the number of times they were viewed and for how long. You'll just need to identify the sponsored document(s) your are looking for using their name(s).
In the chart, filters allow you to adjust the timeframe, and to toggle between displaying data for all documents or a specific one:
How many visits to sponsored session pages?
Attendance to sponsored sessions is also a key indicator on how engaged your partipants were with your sponsors during the event.
To find this information, in the workspace main menu in Backstage, go to Analytics > Sessions.
Here you can see:
- In the right of the screen, the top session pages with the most views. This includes how many viewers for each session page, and how long each session page was viewed for in total.
- In the export, you'll find a full list of all session pages, the number of times they were viewed and for how long. You'll just need to identify the sponsored session(s) your are looking for using their name(s).

How many participants registered or attended a sponsored session?
You can see how many participants in your audience attended/registered to a session, via the sessions module.
In the workspace main menu, go to Content > Sessions, and select the session you are interested in.
In the top right of the page, under Actions, you can see the number of registered participants, and also download a registration report for the session that will contain the details of the registered participants.
How many participants attended a sponsored live stream?
You can easily download statistics on who attended a live stream in your event. For more information on this, pleas refer to the How to see live stream analytics and insights article.
How did participants interact with my Sponsor's dedicated feed or discussion board
How can I find the results to my sponsors surveys
You can find the responses from your audience to any of your sponsors' surveys via the Forms module in the workspace.
To find this information, in the workspace main menu, go to Forms > Responses. You'll see a list of all the forms or surveys used in the event:
Here you can identify the sponsored surveys, and either view the results in the form of a bar chart, or export the results in a spreadsheet.
