Analytics terminology

Below is an explanation of the data types that are included in the "Export Interaction Stats" report, available in the Insights page of the Analytics module.

nav_agenda

Number of times the participant displayed the full agenda of the event.

nav_bookmarks

Number of bookmarks the participant made in the event.

nav_business_cards

Number of times the participant exchanged their contact details with other participants during the event.

nav_chats

Number of chats the participant opened with other participants.

nav_compose_post

Number of posts created.

nav_conversation

Number of conversations (chatforms) completed.

nav_document

Number of times a document was opened.

nav_feed

Number of visits to a feed.

nav_fstg

Number of visits to a page or display template.

nav_fstg-can

Number of times a participant viewed a document.

nav_fstg-content-page

Number of times a participant viewed a standard content page.

nav_fstg-game-configuration

Number of times the participant opened the activity challenge page.

nav_fstg-person

Number of times a participant viewed another participants profile.

nav_fstg-presenter

Number of times a participant viewed a speaker's profile.

nav_fstg-questionnaire

Number of times a participant viewed a form or questionnaire.

nav_fstg-session

Number of times a participant viewed a session page.

nav_home_feed

Number of times a participant viewed a the home feed.

nav_likes

Number of times a participant liked something on a feed.

nav_meetings

Number of times a participant opened a meeting.

nav_newmessage

Number of times the participant accessed the new message screen.

nav_newnote

Number of times a participant added a note.

nav_noteslist

Number of times the participant opened their list of notes.

nav_notifications

Number of times a participant opened a notification.

nav_personlist

Number of times a participant opened a participant list.

nav_post-feed-post

Number of times a participant posted in a feed.

nav_presenters

Number of times the participant displayed the list of speakers.

nav_qna

Number of times a participant displayed a Q&A question.

nav_questionnaire

Number of times a participant opened a form/survey/questionnaire.

nav_spotman

This is not a relevant data point in terms of analytics, and can be disregarded.

search_evt

Number of time the participant performed a search in the app.

usage_evt

This is the number of user sessions in the app. here a session refers to the participant opening the app, performing an action, and then closing the app.
