How to make a video breakout launch automatically

For video breakouts that are associated with sessions or sponsor profiles, you can choose whether the breakout should launch/open automatically or not, when the participant opens the session page or sponsor profile in the app.

There are two separate settings for this, one for each module:

• For video breakouts associated to a session, the Auto-join video breakout setting is available in Sessions > Preferences > Session video call.
  Default value for sessions is yes - video breakouts in sessions will open automatically.
  
  
• For video breakouts associated to a sponsor profile/booth, the Auto-join video booths setting is available in Sponsors > Preferences > Sponsor video call.
  Default value for sessions is no - video breakouts in sponsor profiles/booths will not open automatically.

When these settings are set to yes, the participant immediately and automatically joins the video breakout when opening the session or sponsor booth.

When these settings are set to no, the participant will see a join call button, and can join the breakout whenever they are ready.
