Providing sponsors content

Sponsors pages can be created in your workspace. Below is an example fo a sponsor's page in the web app:

To create a sponsors page, you'll need to collect the following information and content for your sponsors. 

Sponsor logo
400 x 400 px, in PNG format with a transparent background.

Sponsor page banner
1000 x 150px (20:3 ratio) - PNG or JPG for events on all platforms.

Sponsor name and description
We recommend around 70 words / 500 characters max.

Sponsor website
Or relevant URL for the sponsor.

Contact details
Sponsor physical address, email address, and phone number.

Sponsor assets
Sponsor assets can be uploaded and made available to attendees on the Sponsors page: 

• PDF documents
  Use Smallpdf optimize the size of your documents while maintaining quality.
• MP4 Videos
  HD videos of up to 4 GB can be provided and uploaded to the workspace video library. You can also host the video online on YouTube or Vimeo or alternative sites.
• Other links
  Any relevant URLs to online content.

Representatives
First and last name of sponsor representatives. They will appear on the page and be linked to their app profiles once added.

Type of sponsor
You can choose your different sponsor categories. For example (Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.), with associated colors for the category labels.
