This can be used as a downloadable checklist, that you can print and use as you gather the various assets.
Workspace
▢ Workspace logo
512 × 512px (1:1 ratio) - JPG or PNG
▢ User or speaker pictures
400 x 400px minimum (1:1 ratio) - JPG or PNG
▢ App menu banner
2040 × 680px (3:1 ratio) - JPG or PNG
▢ App menu icons
72 x 72px (1:1 ratio) - PNG only with transparent background
The icon within the image needs to be 40 x 40px, with 16px transparent margin around all edges
▢ Link or app content icons
300 x 300px (1:1 ratio) - PNG only, backgrounds can be used
No margin is needed. You can use a light background for your icons.
▢ Home feed banner
2000 x 1000px (2:1 ratio) - JPG or PNG
▢ Feed post image
No restrictions, but recommend 2000 x 1500px (4:3 ratio)

1000 x 150px (20:3 ratio) - PNG or JPG
(600 x 150px format is optimal for events with mobile apps only)
