Printer compatibility and label branding
The solution is specifically designed to be used with the Zebra ZD621 printer to guarantee consistent output quality.
Pre-printed labels with your branding are required for optimal results. We can create and supply these labels for you at an additional fee if needed.

Event check-in and reporting
Attendees can check in quickly using the kiosk interface. All activity is captured and detailed reports are available for attendance tracking purposes.
Signature collection
For events requiring consent or legal acknowledgement, the system supports digital signature collection directly at check-in. All signatures are securely stored and available through our reporting engine.
Offline mode with synchronization
The solution functions fully offline during the event to ensure uninterrupted check-in, even without internet.
However, a connection is required at least once to synchronize the data back to the servers, to finalize reporting and backup attendance records.
