The directory, infrastructure and node servers run on a hardened operating system optimized for security and performance.

Any new server deployments on the SpotMe Enterprise Engagement Platform are based on a server configuration developed in accordance with pre-defined technical standards.

All data and infrastructure nodes of the SpotMe Enterprise Engagement Platform feature a host-based firewall that blocks all traffic by default.

Console access for manual operations or remote deployment agents are carried out over secure shell (SSH), and application-level communications and replication streams take place over TLS 1.2 or higher.
