What information can I add to the registration landing page?
To provide your registrants with a glimpse of what they can expect at your event, and encourage them to register, you can include additional information on the registration landing page.
This can include text sections that contain images, as well as the agenda sessions, speakers, and the sponsors of your choosing. For the sessions, speakers, and sponsors information, this information (or data) must exist first in the workspace (as a session, speaker profile, or sponsor page) in order to be able to select it and insert it in the registration landing page.
Shortcuts to this information can also be added to a navigation bar located at the top of the registration page, to facilitate access for your registrants.
Below is an example of a landing page, with the navigation bar at the top of the page, and on the lower part of the page the featured event sessions (displayed per day), speakers, and the sponsors present at the event:

To add this information to the registration landing page, go to the Event details tab. Here in addition to the registration page URL and default "description" text box, you will see a Add section + button:
Here you have four options to choose from for adding sections to the landing page:
Adding a "Text" section
Select Text in the "Add section" dropdown to add a section with text and optional images:
- Add the text you want and format it based on your needs. You add any number of images that you want.
- By clicking on More settings, you can choose whether or not to Show this section title in registration page navigation bar (up to 4 sections can be added to the navigation bar).
Add a "Sessions" section
Select Sessions in the "Add section" dropdown to add a section containing the agenda sessions of your choosing:
- You have the option of adding an introductory text (with images) that will appear above the listed sessions.
- Select the sessions that you want to feature on your landing page.
- By clicking on More settings, you can choose:
- Whether or not to Show this section title in registration page navigation bar (up to 4 sections can be added to the navigation bar).
- Whether you want the section to Collapse items (and if so, decide how many items to display on the page before the "Show more" button appears).
If they take place over several days, the sessions in the landing page will be shown per day. If so, the registrant can navigate between each day to see the relevant sessions.
Attendees can click on a session to view its details (pulled from the session "description" field in Backstage). The order of the sessions is defined based on the starting date/time and cannot be modified.

The information displayed in the registration page for the selected sessions includes the name of the session, the start and end date/time, as well as the session speaker name(s), picture(s), position(s), and organization(s).
Add a "Speakers" section
Select Speakers in the "Add section" dropdown to add a section containing the speakers of your choosing:
- You have the option of adding an introductory text (with images) that will appear above the listed speakers.
- Select the speakers that you want to feature on your landing page.
- By clicking on More settings, you can choose:
- Whether or not to Show this section title in registration page navigation bar (up to 4 sections can be added to the navigation bar).
The information displayed for your speakers in the registration page includes their full name, picture, organization, and position, if these items have been populated in the speaker profiles in Backstage:
Your registrants can select a speaker here and see their biography, if the "Biography" field in the speaker's profile in Backstage is populated:
Add a "Sponsors" section
Select Sponsors in the "Add section" dropdown to add a section containing the sponsors of your choosing:
- You have the option of adding an introductory text (with images) that will appear above the listed sponsors.
- Select the sponsors that you want to feature on your landing page.
- By clicking on More settings, you can choose:
- Whether or not to Show this section title in registration page navigation bar (up to 4 sections can be added to the navigation bar).
The information displayed for your sponsors in the registration page includes their name, icon, and sponsor level, if these items have been populated in the sponsor profiles in Backstage:
Your registrants can select a sponsor here and see their description, if the "Description" field in the speaker's profile in Backstage is populated:
