In your workspace's registration page settings, you can enable an option that will automatically send event organizers a daily email summary, containing key information regarding your attendees' event registration activity.
What information does the email summary contain?
The information contained in the email summary will vary depending on the type of registration page used for the event and the options that are enabled.
Below is an example of an email summary for an event that used both private (RSVP) and public (open) registration, with manual approval enabled for the public registration:

Overall activity section:
The numbers in the OVERALL ACTIVITY summary represent the cumulative totals since the event's registration was opened, and up until the report was generated.
Event invitations - information pertaining only to private (RSVP) registration
- Total number of invited attendees - attendees who received a private invitation to RSVP.
- Total number of attendees that are attending the event.
- Total number of attendees that are not attending the event.
- Total number of attendees that have not yet responded on the invitation.
Open registrations - information pertaining only to public (open) registration
- Total number of attendees that self registered via public registration, and that were already approved manually in Backstage (if manual approval enabled).
- Total number of attendees that self registered via public registration, and that have not yet been approved manually in Backstage (if manual approval enabled).
Yesterday's activity section:
The numbers in the YESTERDAY'S ACTIVITY summary represent the totals for the previous day. This means that if the report is generated on a Wednesday, this section includes information from 00:00 on the Monday before, up until 00:00 on the Tuesday before.
Event invitations - information pertaining only to private (RSVP) registration
- Number of attendees who responded that they are attending via the private invitation to RSVP (on the day before the email was sent).
- Number of attendees who responded that they are not attending via private invitation to RSVP (on the day before the email was sent).
- Total number of times that attendees updated the profile information via the private RSVP registration page (on the day before the email was sent). This does not include registration status updates
Open registrations - information pertaining only to public (open) registration
- Total number of attendees that self registered via public registration, and that were approved manually in Backstage (if manual approval enabled), on the day before the email was sent.
- Total number of attendees that self registered via public registration, and that had not yet been approved manually in Backstage (if manual approval enabled) on the day before the email was sent.
- Total number of times that attendees updated their profile information via the public (open) registration page (on the day before the email was sent). This does not include registration status updates.
Additional statistics
- Acceptance rate: Percentage of attendees that responded that they are attending to the RSVP invitation, compared to the total number of attendees that were invited.
- Decline rate: Percentage of attendees that responded that they are not attending to the RSVP invitation, compared to the total number of attendees that were invited to RSVP.
- Pending response rate: Percentage of attendees that have not yet responded to the RSVP invitation, compared to the total number of attendees that were invited to RSVP.
- Cancellation rate: Percentage of attendees that have updated their RSVP response from "Attending" to "Not attending", essentially cancelling their registration.
How to enable the email summary on my workspace?
To enable the daily summary email, open your workspace and access the registration page settings.
Here you will see a section called Organizer notifications:
In the Organizer email field, simply type in the recipient email address(es) for the daily email summary to be sent to, and press Enter to add the recipient. You can enter multiple emails here.
Remember to click Save once you have finished.
Once enabled, the next email summary will be sent out automatically at 8:00 AM to the email addresses entered here.
Technical notes
The email template used to send out the summary cannot be edited, and is not visible in the email templates list in the workspace.
Emails are by default sent out once per day, at 8:00 AM in the event timezone, including on weekends and holidays, up until the end date/time of the event.
