The Interactivity category of the workspace is used to configure all of the events interactive experiences.
This is where you can set up feeds or discussion boards, send and schedule notifications, and of course create live sessions that are hybrid or virtual (with live streams), or in-person, and add your Q&A, polls, and much more.
Live sessions
A critical component of your events is the live sessions. The SpotMe platform allows you to create and associate live interactive sessions to your event agenda. Your live sessions will keep your audience captivated during your in-person, hybrid, or virtual sessions.
This is done via the Interactivity category of the workspace, and in particular in the Live sessions section.
Liven up your sessions with live streaming, Q&A, clapping, polling, or even live displays, and easily reach all your audiences by adding simultaneous interpretation or closed captions to your live streams.
Feeds
The best way to engage with your audience in real time is by using the feeds, and in particular the home feed.
The home feed is present by default on the home screen of the app and is the best place to share content and communicate with your audience via stories, updates, upcoming sessions, including pictures, videos and links.
This can be accomplished by creating feed posts that can be scheduled in advance based on your content calendar, and sent on behalf of the event, speakers, or sponsors.
Of course, in the same way your participants can share their own thoughts and ideas directly there, further driving engagement with the event and other participants or sponsors.
Notifications
You can use notifications to engage directly with your audience and get there attention. This is also a very effective way to quickly share any important updates or news.
By planning your activities and communication in advance, you can ensure that your participants receive a targeted stream of updates, sent out at the exact appropriate time, that include links to the relevant content in the event.
