A full summary is displayed in your workspace dashboard, providing high-level analytics around your company’s key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the most active users (posts, messages and bookmarks), popular sessions, downloads, adoption rates, and much more.
This puts you in control of your most important engagement data and allows you to explore it in great detail using the Analytics section of the menu.
The Analytics module is where you can find all the more in-depth information for a specific workspace. For example you can see how much time users spend in your workspace, which modules are used the most, who are your top users, and how they actually use the workspace.
You can use these analytics to better understand behavior of your users, see how popular your sponsors, speakers and content, and continuously adapt and improve your workspace content and delivery methods.
