With the new Backstage, your workspaces all become infinitely more powerful by delivering actionable data for your business. This data is easy to access via the Analytics section in the new menu.
All the data contained in your workspaces is collected and displayed in your Backstage dashboard, providing high-level analytics around your company’s key performance indicators (KPIs), such as active users (posts, messages and bookmarks), sessions, downloads, adoption rates, and much more.
This puts you in control of your most important engagement data and allows you to explore it in great detail using the Analytics section of the menu.
This is where you can find all the more in-depth information for a specific workspace.
For example you can see how much time users spend in your workspace, which modules are used the most, who are your top users, and how they use the workspace.
You can use these analytics to better understand behavior of your users and adapt your workspace content and delivery methods.
