The SpotMe platform

The SpotMe platform is used to easily build, configure, distribute and manage virtual events and mobile apps that keep users captivated and engaged during key moments.

It is composed of the following main elements:

• Backstage
  A flexible and powerful CMS used to build, configure, and personalize event apps and content hubs.
  
  
• The SpotMe event app
  The web or iOS/Android app that is fully configured and managed directly via a Backstage workspace.
  
  
• Content hub
  A branded web page created in Backstage, used to upload, manage and publish any video content or documents that you want to share, on-demand, with your event audience.
  

Backstage

Backstage is SpotMe's solution to easily build and maintain powerful apps without having to worry about coding, supporting multiple platforms, app store updates, user management, etc.
It allows our clients to have full control and to directly manage their apps in-house.

Backstage is organized around workspaces, which are the event projects that are currently being worked on. This could include your communities, events, courses, whether in person or virtual, or both (hybrid).

In a nutshell, you build and manage your workspace in Backstage, and your audience interacts with it in the SpotMe web app, iOS, or Android mobile app.

The SpotMe event app

The SpotMe app is available as a website or as a mobile app (iOS and Android).

Using Backstage, the app can be individually branded and fully configured using a variety of modules.

Content hub

A content hub is a branded web page where you, as a Backstage user, can upload, manage and publish any video content or documents that you want to share, on-demand, with your event audience.

By accessing the content hub via their browser, your audience will be able to see a full list of the available videos and documents, see highlighted content, and use tags to better filter and identify the content they are looking for.

They can watch and engage with your videos directly, on-demand, and download documents
