Collecting attendee agenda session feedback via the session details page and downloading all results

You can use form elements in the session details pages in the app, in order to collect information or feedback fro your attendees.

If you wish to collect feedback, you can use ratings, matrix, or open text components, designed to collect attendee session feedback directly from the session details page.

In the below example, we have added a Matrix form element component (called "Session feedback") and an open Text input component to all the individual session pages in the app

These items are added via the Session module, in the Default display template tab, dragged over into the center from the left panel:

Once your attendees have provided their feedback in the session pages for each session, you can easily download all the feedback from all the sessions in a single action.

To do so, go to the Results tab, and click on View results button for one of the existing queries listed there:

In the next screen, click on the Edit data filters: (...) button:

Here, remove the selection from the Data entity dropdown, and click on Display and select "session" in the dropdown:

Now click on Close. Back in the form result view that is displayed, click on the Apply filters button:

This will now display the results for all the sessions:

From here you can:

• Access the results view by clicking on Live results.
• Click on Save results view, in order to rename and keep the results query separate for future access via the Forms > Results tab:
• Print the results directly.
