Summary
When switching to SpotMe, we can easily take care of transferring your app SSO authentication.
As we already support the most widely used SSO protocols, the transfer process is a matter of collecting the set-up requirements and performing authentication tests.
This can be broken down into 5 basic steps, with a slightly different approach depending on whether your existing SSO protocol is currently supported or not.
Transferring your SSO authentication
Supported SSO protocols
- Confirm what protocol and vendor you are using for your SSO authentication.
- Provide all requirements for the specific protocol, as outlined here.
- If necessary, SpotMe will provide any data required for the setup on your end.
- SpotMe sets up the SSO login on your branded app container.
- SpotMe performs series of tests to confirm the transition is successfully completed.

Non-supported SSO protocols
- Confirm the used protocol and vendor are not already supported by SpotMe.
- SpotMe internally investigates the feasibility for implementing a new protocol.
- Upon agreement on feasibility, scope, and necessity, SpotMe develop the solution.
- SpotMe sets up the SSO login on your branded app container.
- SpotMe performs series of tests to confirm the authentication is working as expected.
