Summary
An important step of switching over to SpotMe from another app provider, is to transfer you app design and branding.
Although app theme and design exports are not supported by other platforms such as CrowdCompass, DoubleDutch or QuickMobile, your app colors and assets can easily be transferred to a SpotMe workspace using the Theme editor in Backstage.
Another element that is central to both the app's design and the user experience is the Home screen, and we'll explain why below.
Theme editor
Wizard
The SpotMe Theme editor allows you to simply drag and drop your company logo or branded image into the wizard. This will automatically create six different themes for you to choose from, based on the colors used in the image. |

Once you have selected a theme via the wizard, you can use any of the 18 individual options to make any final adjustments to the colors. Each color you adjust will highlight in the preview window so you know exactly what adjustments you are making. This automated yet granular control will allow you to create the exact color theme that you want for your app. |
Media assets
In the Theme editor still, you can easily upload all your visual assets to the workspace. Upload your in-app icon and the phone/tablet splash screens, and make any necessary adjustments to the loading messages and progress bars using the individual settings. |
Home screen
The SpotMe app’s Home screen is central to the app user’s experience. It can be branded using the tools available in the Theme editor, as well as a banner and pinned posts in the feed.
