Switching to SpotMe and bringing your privacy and legal policies with you is easy. With SpotMe, you can easily add any legal documents or privacy policies to your apps, either as text documents such as PDFs, or as online documents using URLs. You can display multiple policies side-by-side, for your app users to acknowledge before logging in, and you can even target certain documents to certain app users. For example, from a localization perspective, this could be based on the language that their device is set to. |

Adding your privacy policies

To add your custom policy,
simply head to the organization settings in Backstage.
From there you can create as many individual policies as needed. Your team will be able to select them when they create a workspace.
You can also select a default policy or document that will be used for all your workspaces. so your team will no longer need to choose the policy themselves.
