App users can export all the contacts that they made at an event, in the form of vCard or CSV files.
A CSV (comma-separated values) file is a spreadsheet with each line representing a contact, and commas separating each information for the contact (e.g., name, email, phone number). CSV files can be used for adding contacts to Microsoft Outlook. For example:
A vCard (virtual contact card) is a digital business card that holds information in a structured and easily shareable way, and can be used with most contact management tools.
Please note that both contact export types can only be done via the web app, and cannot be done via the mobile app.
To export their contacts, the web app user will need to navigate to the Contacts list in the web app.
Here, they can click on the three horizontal dots icon in the top right of the screen, and select Download all cards:
They can then choose between downloading their contact information as CSV or vCard files:
The files are downloaded immediately. There will be an individual CSV file containing all contacts if the user selects CSV, or there will be one vCard file per individual contact if the user selects vCard.
