What links are sent to attendees to access an event?

These are the different links that can be present in emails sent from SpotMe to attendees to allow them to access the event.

Download mobile app link

• Present in invitation email sent by SpotMe.
• These links point to the app in the app stores and do not expire.
  

Web app “magic link”

• Present in invitation email sent by SpotMe.
• Allows attendees to access web app directly without confirming email or password.
• Valid for the duration of the event + 30 days (or 30 days if the event has already passed).
  

Mobile app “magic link”

• Sent by SpotMe via email when app user logs in to mobile app.
• Allows attendees to access event via mobile app directly without confirming email or password.
• Valid for 30 minutes.

Email address confirmation link

• Present in confirmation email sent by SpotMe for when attendees sign up via a registration page.
• Valid for 30 minutes.
