Our primary mission is to provide guidance and assistance, to help you to successfully and autonomously use our platform.
We are therefore here to support you with advice and instructions, as opposed to directly uploading content to your events or workspaces.
Our support team will be happy to assist you with:
- Resolving issues or fixing critical bugs
- Feasibility type of inquiries.
- "How do I do this?" types of questions.
- Package installation or updates.
- App publishing requests.
- General Backstage or app questions.
Response times
Our Customer Support Specialists are available for you 24/7. You will receive a response within 5 minutes of submitting a ticket to us, unless stated otherwise in your contract.
