Summary

Your event always has a home feed that, by default, displays all the posts from all the existing feeds in the workspace, to make them visible all in one place to your audience.

You can however choose to exclude certain feeds (and their posts) from the home feed.

How to exclude feeds from the home feed?

To do so, go to the Design category in the workspace main menu, and select Home.

The below window opens, where you can use the Feeds to exclude option to exclude individual feeds so that their posts no longer appear in the home feed:
