You'll need to add the Sponsors
Go to the Content category in the workspace main menu and select Sponsors to start adding sponsors to the workspace.
To create a new sponsor, click on the New sponsor button. This will open the below screen where you can add the necessary information for the sponsor.
Here we have entered the information to create a fictive sponsor called Academy:
In addition to the standard details for the sponsor, such as their name, description, contact details, website, and location, other fields related to how the Sponsor should appear in the event are available and explained below:
Sort order
Enter a number here to determine the order in which the sponsor will be visible in the sponsor list in the event.
Social links
Here you can add any social links that pertain to the sponsor.

Status
Here you can select whether you want the sponsor to be hidden or visible in the sponsor list in the event. By default sponsors are visible.
Linked documents
Here you can link documents to the sponsor that you are creating. Documents associated to a sponsor will be accessible to the event participants via the sponsor's profile page. More information on documents is available in the Adding documents to the workspace article.
Sessions
Sponsored sessions can be linked to and displayed in the sponsor's profile for participants to see and access. These could for example be sessions where the sponsor will be participating or presenting.
Representatives
Representatives of the sponsor can be added to the sponsor profile either directly from the workspace user list, or by creating them here. Representatives will appear in the sponsor profile and be accessible to participants.
Banner
This is the banner that will be visible at the top of the sponsor's profile page. Recommended dimensions are 1000 x 150px (20:3 ratio) - PNG or JPG. You can upload banners to the workspace and then select them to associate them to the sponsor.
Location link
In this field you can select a pre-existing venue map location (or create a new one) that will be linked to the session.
Icon
This is the icon or logo that will be visible for the sponsor when displayed in the sponsor list in the app. Recommended dimensions are 400 x 400px (1:1 ratio) - PNG or JPG. You can upload icons to the workspace and then select them to associate them to the sponsor.
Sponsor level
Sponsor levels can be created in Backstage and assigned to sponsors here. More information on on this is available in the How to set-up and apply sponsor levels article.
Frontstage page
The sponsor's profile page is displayed based on a page template. This field allows you to choose the page template that will used to display the sponsor page in the event.
The default template is the "sponsors" template, available in the dropdown list, however other display templates can be created in the workspace and then selected here. More information on this is available in the Adding a page to the workspace article.
