Fully manage session admittance and check-ins
Use the new Session check-in module to give your event team the necessary means to easily admit attendees to sessions based on specific criteria, and choose what check-in methods will be used: assisted check-in performed by hosts/hostesses or self check-in.
With session check-in enabled and used on your event, all session check-in data is compiled and included as advanced data in the workspace attendance tracking report. Find out more

Please note that the "legacy" version of the "Session check-in" module, prior to v.6.0.0, will be fully deprecated started March 5, 2024.

Available starting January 16, 2023, on all newly created workspaces. You will need to install the Session check-in module (v.6.0.0 onwards) from the SpotMe Marketplace, and make sure that you are using the latest app version available for your event (minimum iOS v.2.27.0 and Android v.2.23.0).

Important: If you wish to use this module on a workspace created before January 16, 2024, please contact SpotMe support.

Workspace templates can be updated with the new module starting January 16, 2024. All existing workspace templates will be automatically updated by SpotMe (including organization-specific templates) on March 5, 2024.

Improved GDPR compliance for the app
The user interface for attendees to exercise their data privacy rights ("Request my data" and "Forget me") as well as the steps to unsubscribe from emails sent from the workspace are now localized in the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch.

Improved email deliverability
Emails sent from Backstage now support the automatic display of an "Unsubscribe" button in the email header (or a note, depending on the email client that is used). This is a requirement for certain email clients such as Gmail, and allows recipients to unsubscribe from event emails without leaving the email client. More information
