This article explains how to use the app user data export provided by SpotMe.
Downloading the export
To request an export via the app, the user can:
- Tap the ⋯ More menu in the app.
- Tap the profile picture at the top of the menu
- Tap Privacy & Legal.
- Tap Download my data.
- Tap Request download link.
Within 24 hours they will receive an email with the link to download their data.
Using the export
Once downloaded, the exported zip file contains a folder for every workspace the user has been added to.
