How to find and share the web app link of a participant

There may be times when a participant to your event needs help to access the web app.

Whenever you need to find the web app link of a specific participant, you can find it in Backstage.

1. Go to the participant's profile in the workspace, via Content > Users, and select the participant in the list (you can use the search feature to find the participant). 
   
   
2. In the participant's profile, on the right side, click on Access web app as participant name. This will open the following window:
   
   
   
   
3. From here, you can copy the link starting with https:// and share it with the participant. The link will allow them to access the web app directly.
