Registration page now supports private (RSVP)
When you create your registration, you can now choose between using a public registration, a new built-in private (RSVP) registration, or a combination of public and private registration. You can also change the registration page type after it is created, you will simply need to verify the registration page settings after switching. The configuration settings that are available to use will depend on the type of registration page that you have selected. More information

Starting June 20, 2023 - we have also updated:
- The layout for the online landing page, the banner is now shown horizontally as full screen.
- The Design section, with an option to include or not a custom footer on the registration pages (by default this is not enabled). More information

Please update the Registration page module and the Users module to see these changes.

We do not recommend updating the registration module if your event is live or if the registration for your event is already open.

No module updates are needed to see the updated fullscreen banner layout and the footer option in the Design section (starting June 20, 2023). These are implemented automatically on all workspaces.

Workspace dashboard and activity report updated with registrations data
We've added a section in the workspace dashboard that displays an overview of the number of registrations for the event.
The Registrations and activity report in the dashboard also contains event-level and user-level information, with summaries that include all registration information as well as the daily registration activity. 
Starting June 20, 2023 - we have added two new tabs "Activity summary" and "Attendance summary" to the Registrations and activity report in the dashboard.

Preview the design of the registration page form and upload images to descriptions
When you customize the design of the registration page, you can now see a preview of the landing page and the registration form. You can now also upload local images directly to the description section/fields in the registration landing page and forms. More information

Choose the fields that attendees can edit when updating their profile information via the registration page
When the registration page's Settings > Access limitation > "Allow attendees to update their profile information" option is enabled, you can now decide exactly which fields the attendees will be able to update, using the "Editable" checkboxes. More information

Updates to the workspace user list to include the Registration status
We've updated the Users list in Backstage so that it now includes a "Registration" column that indicates the registration status of the attendee. More information

Apply targeting to individual poll questions
We've improved the poll targeting so that you can now target individual poll questions to specific segments of your audience. This is supported for multiple choice polls and for word cloud polls. More information

Please update the Live sessions module to the latest version to see these changes, and make sure that your app is using the latest version to see these changes. The existing targeting on ongoing workspaces will be kept when updating the module.

New option to show poll results as votes come in
Available starting July 19, 2023. Can currently only be used on a live display.
You can now enable a "Show results as they come in" option in your polls. Enabling this will show your audience the poll results as they come in. More information

Option to enable the blocking of other attendee content by mobile app users
If needed, you can now give your mobile app users the ability to block other app users, by adding a "Block user" button to the user profiles.
Please note that this is only supported on mobile apps (iOS and Android), not on the web app. More information

Please make sure your mobile apps are using the latest version available to see these updates.
Please update the User’s module and the “nav-skeleton” library to see these changes.

This is enabled by default for apps linked to the SpotMe organization or for any organizations created after June 6, 2023. Please contact SpotMe support to activate these changes on organizations created before June 6, 2023.

Update to Blocked words lists in word cloud
In Backstage, when accessing the word cloud lists of blocked words, only the very first line of words on the screen is now visible.
