As a new option for reaching a wider audience, you can now allow your live session audience to enable closed captions or choose from over 30 available languages, and see an immediate transcription of what the host and speakers are saying on stage. More information

Improved live session interactivity navigation and user experience
The Q&A, Polls, and Viewers tab buttons have been moved from the top to the left of the side panel, and now include a new "hide side panel" button. They allow attendees to easily navigate between each tab, even while the side panel is hidden. These buttons now also follow the theme colors as defined in the theme editor, and a "full screen" button is now also displayed when streaming an embed stream.

Available now automatically on workspaces that are created after May 9, 2023.

Blocked words option in word cloud
We've updated our word cloud polls so that it can include configurable lists of offensive words, per language, that can be blocked. You can of course edit the lists or add new language lists based on your needs. More information

Send profile update confirmation emails via the registration page
When allowing your attendees to update the profile information via the registration page, you can now configure an automatic email that will be sent to all attendees, confirming that they have updated their profile information.

Improved agenda session registration management
The following options have been integrated into the Agenda module, to improve session registration management:
- Prevent attendees from unregistering from a specific session, and enable emails to be sent to admins whenever attendees register/unregister from a session. More information
- Specify the email address(es) to contact when full capacity is reached or when there are registration changes for a session + add a cut-off time for session registrations. More information
