    More efficiency when capturing leads
    We have made a variety of adjustments to the Leads module to improve performance and provide a more comfortable user experience in the app and on Backstage, including the option to removing the lead qualification form so it is not used at all when scanning leads.

    Download SpotMe user QR codes and user information
    Alongside the Shortlink QR code scan information report and the user QR code images, you can now download a report that contains all the SpotMe user QR code information (fp_ext_id + user QR code information) for each user. This is especially useful if you need to generate user QR codes with a third party provider and encode them with SpotMe user information. Find out more

    Onsite logistics tools all in one place

    If you are using the Leads module or event check-in module on your workspace, you'll now be able to access the modules via the "Onsite logistics" category of the workspace main menu.

    Agenda (v3.48.1)

    • In app: In a session that is open for registration, after registering for a session the registration block now stays visible in order to clearly show that the attendee has registered to the session.

    Attendance tracking (v5.6.0)

    • The "My attendance" content page, that is by default linked to the app menu and used by attendees to enter their check-in/out PIN codes, can now be linked to other items in the app. The "Attendance PIN-code entry" and "Attendance list" components used in the display template can now also be used in other page display templates.

    Aventri integration (v2.4.1)

    Fix

    • In Backstage: A "photo" field has been added to the Users' metadata, to ensure that the User photo sync between platforms is successful.

    • In Backstage: The "X participants responded" text, visible in the live results view, is now editable in the Translations section as "forms.no_of_responses". This can for example be used if you do not want to show how many participants have responded.

    QR scanner (v3.7.0)

    • In Backstage: Adjustments made for enabling behavioral data anonymization.
    • In Backstage: The user fp_ext_id is now included in the filename of the user QR codes when downloaded from the workspace.
