    Feature more content in your registration landing page

    New option to not send a notification for polls
    As part of configuring your live sessions, we have added an option that allows you to not send any notifications for all polls associated with that live session. This is particularly helpful when you have concurrent live sessions and do not know exactly which attendees will be attending each live session. More information

    Combining custom email targeting and RSVP responses
    You can now combine custom email targeting rules to send emails to your potential attendees based on whether or not they have already been invited to RSVP by email.

    Send batch emails from pre-production workspaces
    Multiple emails can now be sent from workspaces that are in pre-production status, but only if the workspace is not a "Test" workspace. More information

    Registration landing page design updates
    The banner used in the registration landing page is now displayed in full-width, and you also have the option to add a customizable footer. More information

    Improved registration page data in the dashboard
    New tabs are now available in the "Registration and activations" report on the workspace dashboard, containing data that is specific to the registration page type: public (open) registration, private (RSVP) registration, or both.
    The statistics in the Registration section at the top of the dashboard now include a breakdown of data for "Today" and  "Total". More information

    Registration email template updates
    We've adjusted the default email templates that are associated with the Registration page module, for more consistency. Adjustments include minor changes to email names, subject lines, banners, placeholder text, and some font color changes.

    Enable upvoting in Q&A to get a feel of the room
    You can now enable upvoting in the Q&A functionality during your live sessions, to allow attendees to show their interest in the questions or comments that have already been submitted by other members of the audience, and indicate to the host what are the most valuable questions to address. More information

    Choose exactly what to show on your event's live displays
    For each live display, choose between showing the interactivity (polls + Q&A questions pushed to screen), the live stream, or both. You can also choose which specific poll(s) to show on each live display. More information

    The new live display poll targeting will not modify the way your live displays were configured in your workspaces prior to the release. Polls will continue to be shown on all live displays, unless you changes the live display selection in the poll.

    RainFocus integration (v1.1.1)

    Fix

    Improved stability for registering/unregistering for sessions via the SpotMe app and via RainFocus, and for synchronizing between the two platforms.

    Important note: For workspaces (events) using a version earlier that v1.1.1 of the RainFocus integration, with attendees that have registered to sessions via SpotMe applications, you will need to run the "Schedule" synchronization after this new version is installed. This will ensure that the RainFocus and SpotMe session registrations are aligned.
