For any created content hub, you can customize its look and feel to match your organization or event branding.
This is done via the Design section in the content hub:
- In the content hub main menu to the left, click on the Design icon:
- In the Design section of the content hub, there are three tabs:
Theme editor: which is used to customize the look of the content hub, including the:
Icon and logo
Title color and banner
Color scheme
Footer
Home categories: Used to create categories using tags, that will be visible in the HIGHLIGHTED section of the content hub in the app.
Email templates: Used to create and edit the email templates that will be used, among others, to invite your audience to access the content hub
Below we we focus on the Theme editor section, in order to customize the content hub's theme or branding.
Add a content hub icon and logo
We'll start by adding an icon and logo to the content hub:
- Go to Content hub > Design > Theme editor > Icon & Logo.
- In the Icon section, drag and drop a file to be used for the content hub's in-app icon and favicon. Accepted file types are PNG and JPEG. Maximum file size is 1.0 MB. Recommended resolution is 512x512 px.
- In the Logo section, drag and drop or upload a file for the logo of the content hub.
The logo needs to be PNG or JPEG format. with a maximum file size of 5.0 MB and a height resolution of 64 px. - You can see the added icon and logo in the preview, to see what this corresponds to and how it would look in the web app. Remember to click on Save once you've added your icon and logo, to confirm your choices.
Add a content hub title color and banner
Below, we'll add a title color and a banner to the content hub.
Note: The content hub title can be enabled or dispabled on the banner, using the Show title toggle at the top of the screen.
- Go to Content hub > Design > Theme editor > Title & banner:
- In the Title color section, use a HEX code to select the color of the title text for the content hub, or choose a color from the palette:
- In the Banner section, you can use a fill color OR an image:
- If you choose to use a fill color for the banner. Select Fill color and enter a HEX code to select the background color of the banner, or choose a color from the palette:
- If you choose to use an image for banner, select Image and upload the image file.
The banner image needs to be PNG or JPEG format. Maximum file size is 10.0 MB. Recommended width resolution is 3200 px:
Remember to click on Save once you've made your banner changes, to confirm your choices.
Add a content hub color scheme
Here we will choose a primary color that will be used for buttons, graphic elements, dropdown lists, tags, etc. in the content hub:
- Go to Content hub > Design > Theme editor > Color scheme:
- Here you can enter a HEX code for the primary color, or choose a color from the palette:
Remember to click on Save once you've made your changes to the color scheme.
Add a footer to the content hub
Here we will customize the footer that will be visible at the bottom of the content page.
Go to Content hub > Design > Theme editor > Footer:
Here you can customize the footer that will be visible at the bottom of the content page. This includes:
- The text that will be displayed.
- The color (using a hex code or the palette) and horizontal alignment of the text.
- The background color of the text (using a hex code or the palette).
A preview of the footer will show you how the footer will look, as you make these adjustments.
Remember to click on Save once you've adjusted your content hub footer.
Note: In the text of the footer, the hyperlink text for accessing the legal documents ("Legal Documents" in the example above) is taken from the associated legal document, and therefore can only be changed by modifying the legal document.
