Once you have created your content hub, you can begin to add your content to it.
This can be done automatically (for videos only), by connecting your content hub to workspaces and webinars, or manually by uploading content from your computer (videos and documents).
Below we'll show you how to upload content to your content hub directly from your computer:
- Just after creating the content hub, the Content section is displayed.
Here you can select Upload: - This will display an Upload window, where you can drag and drop or navigate to the file(s) (videos or documents) that you want to upload:
Accepted file types are MP4, PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS and XLSX.
The maximum file size is 4.0 GB. - Below we have uploaded a video called SpotMe Studio, that now appears in the list of videos in the content section of the content hub.
You'll noticed that the Source of the video is Uploaded. If the video had ben imported from an event, the name of the source event would be displayed here.
Once uploaded, you can access and edit the details of the video by clicking on it.
