See precisely how much time your attendees actively spent in your Advisor Experience app We’ve introduced a new dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app. The report tracks the overall participant activity across the app, including attending sessions or video breakouts and interacting with content. This is especially valuable for Advisory Board events or any continuous education activities, where tracking participation and engagement is essential. Find out more |

Improved handling of RSVP responses when changes are made to meetings Adjustment made to ensure that, in the Appointments module, when a meeting is modified, the meeting invitees will only have to re-respond to the meeting update if the meeting time has changed. Changing the meeting duration or location (or any other change that is not the meeting start date and time) will not require that the invitees re-respond to the meeting update. Their meeting (acceptance) RSVP status will remain as it was prior to the change and not be changed to “pending”. Find out more |
