Use meeting reminders to help participants make the most of conventions

Missed meetings mean missed opportunities. With enhanced meeting reminders, you increase the likelihood that scheduled meetings actually take place.

Each morning, participants receive a daily summary with a clear overview of their agenda. This helps them prioritize the right conversations and stay on track throughout the day.

In addition, you can schedule automated, meeting-specific reminders by email or notification to be sent before each appointment. These timely prompts reduce no-shows and support punctuality.

Collect multiple signature images in form results

Capturing multiple form responses from an app user, by enabling the Multiple submissions option in the form result options, will now also capture multiple signatures (included on the form results export). Find out more

Attendance & Reporting Enhancements

We’ve introduced several improvements to enhance the accuracy, clarity, and performance of attendance tracking, while improving the user experience for email targeting based on attendance statuses, and attendance reporting:

• Session attendance is now calculated at the end of each session, providing an accurate and up to date attendance status based on finalized session data. Find out more
• Email targeting results now use automatically updated attendance statuses to show the recipients of the email, without the user having to manually refresh the statuses via the users list. Find out more
• When downloading the Sessions report, attendance statuses are no longer recalculated. Session attendance details have also been removed from the Session report and are now available in the Attendance tracking dashboard report, ensuring clearer reporting and better data separation.
• Some reports, such as the Attendance report and the Sessions report, may take longer to generate. To improve the user experience, the system now clearly indicates when a report is in progress, so you know it is being generated and not experiencing an issue.

Longer video breakout recordings now supported

Video breakout recordings will be broken into multiple individual numbered chapters (MP4 files) when needed, so that users can clearly see the sequence of the recordings. Find out more

Optimized display for posts and comments responses in feeds (discussion boards)

We have adjusted the way that posts and comments/replies are displayed on the web app, to ensure that each item is easy to distinguish, and that threads are easy to read. Replies can now also be hidden after they have been expanded.

Improved user experience for uploading files in Backstage

We are upgrading the file upload functionality across Backstage for an enhanced user experience. Users can now comfortably upload multiple files via drag and drop, without needing to zip the files first.

Please note that this will be a gradual upgrade across the platform, starting with the file uploaded used in the Sponsors module.

New “Keep original data timezone” option available in the “formatted-datetime” metadata

When importing date and time data from a third party platform, you can now configure the "formatted-datetime" metadata type to choose whether or not you want to adjust the imported date and time so that it matches the event’s timezone. 
This is done by enabling or disabling the new "Keep original data timezone" option. Find out more

Three new specially designed CongressIQ workspace templates

We have created three new workspace templates are now available for events:

• CongressIQ: Staff Hub
• CongressIQ: HCP Hub
• CongressIQ: Satellite Symposium

These templates will provide a faster and more complete event set-up, with all the most recent congress functionalities. Find out more
