Existing workspaces that are using the existing "Essential" registration landing page will continue to work without change. No changes are made unless Backstage users enable and configure the Custom site builder registration landing page.

Meeting planner notifications now include RSVP responses

Meeting planner notifications in the Appointments module, when enabled, are now also sent when RSVP meeting responses are received (with notes/comments included). This is in addition to the existing emails sent when meetings are created, updated, or deleted. Find out more

Adjustment made to deleting external users in the workspace

External users in the workspace can now be deleted via Backstage, providing that:

• They are not added to any existing meeting requests.
• They are not added to any existing meeting invitations / scheduled meetings.
• They are not saved as a lead in the Universal lead capture module. Find out more

Available time range now adjusted according to the meeting location availability

When creating a meeting in the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the "Allow custom location" option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no time range constraint.

Other languages added to the workspace template settings, now selectable when using a multilingual Essential registration page

We have added a new "Other languages" field to the workspace template settings, so that multiple languages can be carried over in to the created workspaces, and be selected when configuring a multilingual registration page in the workspace (only available when using an Essential registration landing page). Adjustment made to better distinguish email delivery statuses between a user’s primary and secondary (CC) email addresses

When emails are sent to app users using a secondary (CC) email address, the status of the email delivery to the secondary email address is now available in Backstage. It can be be accessed by identifying the specific email that was sent to the primary email address in the Logs tab, and clicking on the Details button there. Find out more

Safeguard message when handling personal links

When handling personal links in Backstage, pop-up messages will now appear to inform users that they need to exercise caution due to the nature of these links and the access they provide. This is for example the case when adding personal links to email templates, or copying sponsor or live session permalinks from Backstage.

Pending registration users are now synced to Marketo

If waitlisting or manual approval is enabled on the workspace registration page, the users that are on the Users > Pending registration list are now also synced to Marketo.
