Don’t let internet outages get in the way of capturing leads The Universal lead capture module now includes an offline mode, allowing representatives to collect leads even without an internet connection. Generate video breakout transcripts and captions with applied glossaries You can now generate transcript (TXT) and caption (VTT) files for your video breakout recordings, giving you a searchable record of your virtual meetings that’s easy to analyze. Customize the calendar meeting slot information For meetings scheduled through the Appointments module, you can now customize calendar invitation details, making it easier to include key information such as directions and other relevant context. A new “Meeting calendar slot (ICS)” section in the settings lets you choose which metadata to display, and even create a fully tailored meeting description. Find out more |

Create Marketo Program Members and Leads from SpotMe attendees, and clone programmes The Marketo integration module now supports two-way lead synchronization. In addition to pushing Leads from Marketo to SpotMe, you can now automatically create new Leads and Program Members in Marketo based on the users added to the SpotMe workspace. Beyond virtual session attendance, the integration now also supports pushing overall event attendance statuses from SpotMe to Marketo. This can be mapped directly to the Marketo Program Member status, to update it automatically based on event participation. Find out more We also have added a "Clone Marketo Program" functionality in the Marketo integration module, where users can enter a Marketo template program ID in order to clone the program. Doing so will populate the spotme_id token, and store the returned Marketo program ID in the workspace. The Marketo template program ID is also stored within the SpotMe Workspace. Find out more |
