In person Q&A

Push notifications on mobile app when running polls
A new live stream setting called "Polls push notification on mobile app", when enabled, will send poll push notifications to any attendees who are not currently watching the live stream on the web app.
Veeva <> SpotMe integration
A setting called "Override attendee email fields" has been added to the Credentials tab to allow the integration users to configure which Veeva field is used to lookup the attendees email address during imports.
Data that is pushed from a SpotMe workspace into the Veeva event can now be identified in the live stream stats using the "record type" field.
The integration now continues to sync the attendance status for participants after they have been marked as "attended".
Speaker full names, including titles (i.e Mrs, Dr, etc.), will now be synced into the SpotMe "fname" field. The SpotMe "lname", and "title" fields will be left empty.

To restore an archived workspaces that exceeds 1GB, you will now need to contact SpotMe support.
