Onomi 360
Onomi 360 (v1.0)
Onomi 360 now gives you a program-level view of every event your organization runs. Every planned and completed meeting, congress, and webinar sits in one view, with the engagement each one generated consolidated per HCP. Program level means global here, narrowed by therapeutic area, brand, business unit, geography, request category, and period rather than grouped into a layer of its own. It includes events regardless of who executed them: your central team, a local affiliate, or an agency working on your behalf. Program questions no longer require a data project.
New
- The unified event calendar. Every meeting, congress, and webinar managed on the platform appears in one cross-event calendar, planned and completed alike. You can slice it by therapeutic area, brand, business unit, geography, request category, and period. The calendar is a view of the event records themselves, so it needs no separate maintenance. There is no consolidation step, and no quarterly collection of spreadsheets from affiliates. There is no gap between what the organization has planned and what the calendar shows. An event run by an agency for one country team sits beside the global congress your central team executed, on the same timeline, with the same record behind it.
- Engagement intelligence per HCP. During each event, Onomi captures what HCPs do as structured behavioral signals. Those signals are the question asked in a symposium Q&A, the sessions attended and the ones skipped, the topics raised in a booth conversation, and the answers given in a survey or knowledge check.
- Dashboards at global, regional, and local level. Three dashboards ship with the platform, in Insights. They are Request pipeline for intake and approval progress, Spend for approved budget against actuals, and Engagement for events, attendees, and HCP reach.
- Reports and exports. Standard and custom reporting arrive together.
Program visibility is downstream of the events themselves, and that layer is running today. Registration, event execution, live engagement capture, and congress lead capture all ship in Onomi now, writing to the records this view reads from. For the congress capture layer, see How to use the Universal lead capture module and Universal lead capture via congress APIs.
Note: The assignment a person holds decides which of these surfaces opens at all. The scope on that assignment, geography, business unit, and, where your organization uses them, therapeutic area or brand, bounds what each surface it opens shows. An organization-wide assignment widens the scope rather than the surface set. See Role-based access and visibility for internal and external stakeholders.
Note: Scheduled structured exports and live feeds into your data platforms, against a documented schema, are part of the platform's integration surface (Available January 13, 2026). See the Analytics API and Integration patterns: connecting Onomi to your enterprise systems. They carry the workspace-backed event and engagement data: the events, registrations, attendance, and engagement signals your event workspaces hold.
The strategic meetings management records are read in the standard reports and their scheduled exports above, across the five groups, together with the reinvoicing summaries. Two of those record classes keep a fuller home of their own. A request with its logged events is taken out through the Event requests export. The confirmed allocations and the transfer-of-value handoff are worked on the event record's own Transfer of value module.

Check-in and registration reporting
Fixes
- In an event workspace, the check-in report counted a participant twice when their badge was scanned at a second entrance on the same day.
- In an event workspace, registration exports repeated the header row once per registration type on events configured with more than one registration type.
