Unless mentioned otherwise, the below updates will be available starting May 5, 2026.
Onomi 360
Budget (v1.3)
Changes
- The Add cost line dialog keeps the category and sub category used on the previous line for the same event. Entering several lines under one category therefore takes fewer selections.
- The budget header shows how many cost lines the event holds against the 1,000-line limit. The remaining headroom is visible before a long entry session, rather than at the line that is refused.
Fixes
- Category roll-ups and the event total now refresh as soon as a cost line is deleted, without reloading the Budget module.
- Threshold policy notifications are no longer sent again when a flagged cost line is saved with no change to its amounts.
Meeting requests and approvals (v1.3)
Changes
- The Event requests list keeps each user's column layout and sort order between visits. A queue worked the same way every day opens as the user left it.
- Reminder notifications for a pending approval carry the request's category and budget band in the subject line. An approver reading on a phone can tell requests apart before opening them.
Fixes
- After approval rules are reordered, the "why this approver" trace names the rule that routed the request. It no longer names the rule that the routing rule replaced.
Onomi 360 (v1.3)
Changes
- The calendar keeps your last filters when you move between the Month and List views. It also keeps them when you return during the same session. Filters are cleared at sign-out.
- The schedule panel on a saved report shows the Last run date and its outcome. You can check a delivery that a recipient says never arrived without rebuilding the report.
Payments and reimbursement (v1.1)
Changes
- You can filter the claims on an event record by claim status. Everything still waiting on a status from your expense system then reads in one view.
- A claim's attached documents show their file size and upload date. You can identify and check each piece of evidence before routing the claim.
Fixes
- A claim routed with several attached documents now delivers all of them, instead of the first attachment only.
- Routing a claim with no claimant named now names the missing field, instead of delivering a claim the destination rejects.
Speaker programs (v1.1)
Changes
- The speaker picker shows each speaker's Engagements count for the year next to their eligibility status. A repeat engagement therefore reads while the speaker is being chosen.
- A repeat-attendance exception carries its mitigation text into the audit trail entry it writes, not only onto the record it was recorded on.
Transfer of value (v1.3)
Changes
- The Review tab groups the unattributed remainder by the reason each amount was not attributed. These reasons are published in How to manage transfer of value on your events. The remainder therefore reads without opening each line behind it.
- The Registrant types table is in Onomi 360 > Policies > Transfer of value. It lists every registrant type with its transfer of value relevant marking in one place, instead of one type at a time.
Fixes
- Equal shares of a shared cost line now add up to the line's actual amount. When the amount does not divide exactly, the last row of the distribution carries the rounding difference. The category total is no longer left short.
Travel (v1.1)
Changes
- The Completeness view separates registrants who have not started the travel step from those who saved it partly filled. Follow-up can then target the registrants who began and stopped.
- The arrivals manifest shows the travel team each request was routed to alongside the itinerary.
Fixes
- A cancelled registration's claimed room is now returned to its room block once, so the block no longer shows fewer rooms remaining than it holds.
- The arrivals manifest export no longer drops the market column when the view is filtered to a single day.
Venue sourcing (v1.2)
Changes
- The Sourcing module shows the awarded amount and the budget category it was committed to. You can check the award and the budget line it created without opening the Budget module.
Fixes
- The bid comparison view now sorts the rate columns as amounts. A bid of 1,200 is no longer ordered ahead of a bid of 900.
- Removing a venue from the shortlist of a request in RFP draft now updates the shortlist count straight away. Reopening the Sourcing module is no longer required.
