Meeting requests and approvals (v1.2)
Fixes
- A request routed on the final day of a delegation range reached the original approver instead of the delegate.
- A compliance reviewer listed both among the default reviewers and in a matching routing entry received two reminders for the same request.
Speaker programs (v1.0)
A speaker program is requested, approved, delivered, and closed as an event, on the request category that names it. Speaker program is a request category on the meeting request form. A program carries the routing, the budget, the transfer-of-value allocation, and the closure of any other event. The category is what identifies it in the portfolio calendar, in the filters, and in the reports.
New
- Speaker program as a request category. Organizations running speaker programs alongside symposia can now separate the two. Speaker program is its own request category value, distinct from Symposium. The two are routed by different approval rules, and are budgeted and reported separately. They read apart in the portfolio calendar's Request category filter, and in every report that filter reaches. Nothing else about a speaker program is separate, because it is an event. The request and approval flow, the budget, the venue and travel work around it, attendance capture, per-attendee transfer-of-value allocation, and closure are the platform's standard event capabilities. For session setup, see Adding sessions to the workspace agenda. Attendance is captured and reported per attendee, with show and no-show states. See How to manage agenda session check-ins and How to track attendance to your event.
- Speaker eligibility and engagement counts at the moment of choice. A request category's field set can carry the Faculty field. Each speaker in that list is shown with their eligibility status and their Engagements count. That count is the engagements the speaker already carries. A requester sees how much a speaker has already done, and whether they are cleared to speak, before selecting them. A speaker whose status is Not eligible cannot be selected. Eligibility itself is not managed here. The status is held on the speaker's own record, and is set by your speaker qualification process. Speaker agreements, honoraria administration, and fair-market-value checks remain with your contracting and compliance platforms.
Reminder
- A speaker program is an event. There is nothing separate to set up for one, and no speaker-programs section to look for in Onomi 360. A speaker-program view of the portfolio is the Request category filter set to Speaker program. Save it as a view, or as a report where you need it every week.
Transfer of value (v1.2)
Fixes
- The Run allocation control was offered on an allocation that had already been confirmed.
For an overview and step-by-step setup, see How to run a speaker program. For the request and approval flow, see the Meeting requests and approvals release notes. For allocation and disclosure, see How to manage transfer of value on your events.
