Unless mentioned otherwise, the below updates will be available starting June 3, 2026.
Onomi 360
Budget (v1.4)
Changes
- A reference-rate import returns a summary of the rows it added and the rows it replaced, so a corrected table can be checked against the file that produced it.
Fixes
- A reference-rate CSV import that cannot be read now names the row and the column at fault instead of reporting only that the file failed.
Meeting requests and approvals (v1.4)
Changes
- A withdrawal reason appears on the request record next to its status, not only in the audit trail.
- Each routing entry on the compliance gate shows how many requests are waiting on it in Onomi 360 > Policies, so an administrator can see where review is queuing.
Fixes
- The My requests list in the portal now shows Approved as soon as the last required approval is in place, without reloading the page.
- An export from Event requests now carries the compliance approval columns when the list is filtered to Awaiting compliance review.
Onomi 360 (v1.4)
Changes
- A saved custom report can be duplicated, so a variant of a report your team relies on does not have to be rebuilt in the builder from scratch.
- Reinvoicing summaries show the reference rate and its effective date behind each reporting-currency equivalent.
Fixes
- A scheduled report that returns no rows now records that outcome on its Last run entry, so an empty result is not read as a failed delivery.
Payments and reimbursement (v1.2)
Changes
- The Claims view lists the claimant's recorded attendance state next to the claimed amount.
- An honorarium captured on the event record links to the transfer-of-value line it produced for that speaker.
Fixes
- A status reported back by a connected expense system now shows the date that system reported it, not the date the claim was routed.
- The registration record now shows a paid registration fee in the currency the gateway charged.
Speaker programs (v1.2)
Changes
- The session speaker picker shows each speaker's engagements so far, beside their eligibility status.
- A speaker-program request's documented educational need appears at the top of the request in Event requests, so an approver reads what the program is for without opening the form.
Fixes
- An eligibility status changed on the speaker's record now reaches the speaker picker of a session request that is already open.
- The repeat-attendance warning now appears when several attendees are confirmed for a session in one action.
Transfer of value (v1.4)
Changes
- A confirmed allocation shows its version number and the date it was confirmed at the top of the Review tab.
- A country reading Not synced on the Handoff tab shows the destination's response on its delivery-status line, so what the state rests on reads without leaving the tab.
Fixes
- The unattributed remainder row now lists the cost lines behind it when the only entry is a line excluded with a recorded reason.
- Category totals on the Review tab now refresh after a cost line's actual amount is corrected and the allocation is run again, without reopening the module.
Travel (v1.2)
Changes
- A room block's remaining capacity appears on the event's Travel module header, not only inside the Room blocks tab.
- An attrition alert names the block's pickup against its capacity, so the figures behind the flag read without opening the block.
Fixes
- Resolving a travel policy flag now records the planner who resolved it alongside the reason, rather than the reason alone.
- Re-sending the travel step to a registrant now adds a second entry to their record instead of replacing the first send date.
Venue sourcing (v1.3)
Changes
- Bids can be sorted by capacity as well as by rate in the comparison view.
- The Sourcing module shows the date the RFP was sent and the date the last bid arrived on the request header.
Fixes
- A confirmed award's amount now refreshes on the event record without closing and reopening the record.
- A room block created from an awarded bid across two hotels now lists both properties.
Modules
CRM sync
Fixes
- Engagement write-back to your CRM now continues with the rest of a batch after a record the CRM rejects.
