Appointments - Meeting requests to capture attendee availability prior to scheduling meetings Scheduling a meeting with no visibility on availability is a challenge. Meeting planners can now send participants a request to provide their availability for a meeting prior to scheduling it. Optimized user management for returning registrants and attendees on your invitee list Keeping user profile data updated and correct is crucial. Attendees can now easily retrieve their personal registration from the registration landing page. Self-registered users can update and manage their registrations while RSVP invitees trying to register on the public page will seamlessly be directed to their invitation registration. Find out more This update is currently not compatible with the "Allow user creation with shared emails" functionality. If you have enabled the use of shared emails in your workspace, do not update the Registration page module beyond version 3.9.0. |

Improved user experience for uploading pre-recorded videos in Backstage We have adjusted the process and user interface for uploading videos to the Video library in the workspace and the “Video” section in the live session, to ensure that videos are successfully uploaded prior to being played. Backstage will now provide an indication of how much time is needed to upload the video, and a new setting can be enabled in order to send an email to the user informing them that the video upload is complete. |
