Appointments module - RSVP responses directly from the meeting emails

Knowing who can attend your meeting is critical. The Appointments module now includes RSVP calendar invitations in its meeting emails. All participants can now comfortably respond to meeting request emails and manage their meetings via their preferred calendar app. Find out more

Appointments - Meeting requests to capture attendee availability prior to scheduling meetings

Scheduling a meeting with no visibility on availability is a challenge. Meeting planners can now send participants a request to provide their availability for a meeting prior to scheduling it. Then, once the availability is confirmed they can smoothly convert the request into a scheduled meeting. Find out more

Optimized user management for returning registrants and attendees on your invitee list

Keeping user profile data updated and correct is crucial. Attendees can now easily retrieve their personal registration from the registration landing page. Self-registered users can update and manage their registrations while RSVP invitees trying to register on the public page will seamlessly be directed to their invitation registration. Find out more

This update is currently not compatible with the "Allow user creation with shared emails" functionality. If you have enabled the use of shared emails in your workspace, do not update the Registration page module beyond version 3.9.0.

You will need to update the Registration page module to the latest available version (3.10.0 onwards) to see these changes.

For existing workspaces, should you wish to not enable this functionality, you can continue to use the Registration page module version 3.9.0).

Embed your registration form directly on your website

You can now embed the event registration process directly into your event’s home page or website. This will allow your attendees to register to the event without accessing a separate web page, while also allowing you to leverage the event website’s design and analytics tools. Find out more

Improved user experience for uploading pre-recorded videos in Backstage

We have adjusted the process and user interface for uploading videos to the Video library in the workspace and the “Video” section in the live session, to ensure that videos are successfully uploaded prior to being played. Backstage will now provide an indication of how much time is needed to upload the video, and a new setting can be enabled in order to send an email to the user informing them that the video upload is complete.

Appointments, Universal Lead Capture, and Event check-in and badge printing modules on Marketplace

Depending on your SpotMe subscription, you can now install the Appointments, Universal Lead Capture, and the Event check-in and badge printing modules directly from Marketplace.

Available on the SpotMe Marketplace starting March 11, 2025.

More adjusted pages and lists in Backstage

The create/view pages in Backstage in the Forms and the Session module have been adjusted to provide a clearer and more user friendly layout.
