Moderators can now prepare multiple polls in advance and decide exactly when to launch each one. Update the “prospect” metadata based on the lead qualification form when capturing leads When scanning prospective leads onsite at conventions, you can now enrich the lead profile based on input provided into the lead qualification form. This can be useful in cases where key information is not initially available when scanning a lead. The entire/complete profile can later be synchronized to the integrated CRM. Find out more |

Badge editor enhancements for the Onsite event check-in and badge printing module While editing your badges, you can now preview your badge designs to ensure that everything looks as it should. Customize the Pending registrations list based on your needs When you are managing your pending event registrations or the event registration waitlist, you need to have easy access to certain registrant information in order to efficiently decide whether or not to approve a registration. With this in mind, you can now customize the Pending registrations list, by choosing what fields/columns will be displayed in the list, where the columns will be positioned in the list, as well as the width of the columns. Embedded registration pages now support UTM tracking We have adjusted the user experience in Backstage, so that if needed you can now copy a snippet of iframe embed code that supports UTM parameters directly from Backstage. Adjustment made to refreshing user attendance statuses We have adjusted the behavior of the Refresh attendance status button. The attendance status can only be refreshed every 30 minutes. If the data cannot be refreshed (because it was refreshed less than 30 minutes ago), the Refresh attendance status button is disabled. |

Additional information on batched emails when sending campaigns to a single domain When sending an email campaign to over 500 recipients from the same organization (using the same email domain), Backstage will now display a note indicating that it will send out the emails in batches in order to optimize email deliverability. |
