The retrieve registration email template is now mandatory In the registration page's email settings, users will have to always select an email template to ensure that the retrieve existing registration process will work. This is to ensure that returning registrants will always receive a PIN code authentication email. Applicable to event and content hub registration. Profile update confirmation email is now always sent when submitting the registration form We have adjusted the "Profile update confirmation email" (that is only sent when enabled), so that a confirmation email is sent whenever the user submits the registration form, even when no form or field updates are applied. Make sure your slides do not exceed 250 pages in Studio We have made an adjustment so that you can now have up to 250 pages in your presentations. If your presentation exceeds 250 pages, we recommend that you split it into presentations that contain less than 250 pages before uploading them. |

Lead capture configurations are now supported in workspace templates Workspace templates with the Leads or Universal lead capture module now fully support sponsor configurations, lead qualification forms (default and sponsor-specific), lead profile metadata, and translations—making it easy to reuse setups across congresses and trade shows. |

Emails sent automatically when adding or removing participants from meetings In the Meetings or Appointments modules, when adding participants to a meeting (via Backstage or via the app), an invitation email is now automatically sent to the added participant. Also, when removing participants from a meeting, a meeting cancellation email is now automatically sent to the removed participant. In both of these cases, a meeting update email is automatically sent to the meeting organizer as well as all the other participants of the meeting. All emails include updated ICS files. |

Ability to reset check-in data on workspaces We have added an option to reset the event check-in data and badge printing records, as well as an option to reset session check-in data. This is particularly useful for deleting all data that resulted from any testing performed prior to the event being live. Resetting data is permanent and cannot be undone, and will be reflected in the attendance tracking reports in the dashboard. |

Still show selected slots after a meeting requests is converted to a meeting We have made an adjustment in the Appointments module, so that the selected time slots for a meeting request that has already been converted into a meeting, will remain visible in read-only mode. This can help the meeting planner to revisit the provided availability in case a meeting needs to be rescheduled. |
