Workspace activation settings now supported in templates

Workspace template settings now include the workspace activation settings, so that the activation options are carried over into any created workspace or template. Find out more

ASCII verification step added to the sender email address and domain

To further support email deliverability, Backstage will now verify that only ASCII characters are used in the "local" and "domain" part of the workspace sender email address. Unicode characters are not supported. Find out more

Collect your attendee signatures during event check-in

Attendee signatures can now be collected during event check-in for both hosted and kiosk setups. Each signature image is included in the dashboard report, helping you meet legal and compliance requirements.

Unsubscribed users now shown when sending emails

When sending emails from the Users list in the workspace, any users who have unsubscribed from emails sent from the workspace will also be shown here as a number in the recap of recipients (as “X Users unsubscribed”). Emails sent to unsubscribed users will also be marked as "Unsubscribed" in the email delivery logs. Find out more
