Enriched content hub user profiles and metadata manager

We have enhanced the user page on content hubs with additional fields to allow you create and build richer attendee profiles. In addition, content hubs now have their own dedicated metadata manager, to allow you to fully customize the user profile fields based on your needs. Find out more

Choose the timezone in your content hub

In the content hub general settings, you can now select the time zone you wish to use. This time zone is applied to scheduled emails, organizer registration notifications, and analytics reports

Adding external participants with optional email address

External participants can now be created without a mandatory email address. This provides more flexibility, while still allowing the meeting planner to add the email address to an external participant's profile at the moment of scheduling a meeting with them. Find out more

Adjustments when using a header and footer in the app

- The home feed will now display in full width so that it is consistent in the app and aligns width of the header and footer.
- Adjustment made to ensure that when a footer is enabled and filters are active in the agenda, the “clear filter“ button is not hidden by the “filter selected” button and the footer.
- Adjustments made to ensure that, when a footer is enabled, the footer is never hidden by the map, and the buttons to switch floors remain above the footer.
