Your attendees can now share slides via Video breakouts

Take your video breakouts to the next level by sharing presentations directly within the session. This new feature allows moderators to control and present slides in real time, ensuring a smooth, professional experience without distractions.

All presentations are pre-approved and uploaded prior to the video breakout, and shared directly from the cloud in order to guarantee the best possible viewing quality. Find out more

Further updates for shorter and more friendly permalinks

Shortened permalinks are now available for live session hosts and live displays, feed live walls, and activity challenge leaderboards. In the Permalinks section in Backstage, you can now export all the permalinks in a report to conveniently use them on site. Find out more

For ongoing permalinks, any previously generated links will continue to work, alongside the new available shorter links.

Track your meeting turnouts in real-time

We have added a new "meeting attendance status" to the meeting details page in Backstage, to allow planners to easily check-in participants and track turnouts. Find out more

Track the email link opens for your meeting requests

When using the Appointments module, you can now see when meeting request invitation emails have been opened by invitees. This information is visible in the email logs in Backstage. Only currently available for meeting request invitation emails.

Lead capture exports can now include signatures

If you are using the signature pad on your lead capture qualification form in order to capture your leads' consent, then the captured signatures will now be available in the captured leads exports as images.
Signature images are currently only available in the Leads and Universal lead capture exports, and not currently supported on other form exports.

SpotMe API updates to improve cross-platform data synchronizations
New endpoints are now available to create and retrieve connections and connection requests that are used by the Contacts module.
We also now include the fp_ext_id and exclude the deleted leads in the prospect endpoints.

Mobile app design and UI adjustments for improved consistency and accessibility

We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility. This includes improved readability for users with low vision or color blindness (Android only), as well as updates to the in-app and push notification screens (iOS and Android).

Minor button text change in Breakouts on web app

We have changed the text in the “Start call” button to "Join call" so that attendees who are in fact joining an ongoing call will see “Join call".
