Adjustments made to default email templates in workspaces for improved deliverability and usage We have added plain text "back-up" links for buttons, that can be used when certain email providers convert buttons to images that no longer contain links. We have also updated the email template footers to ensure that a "Contact support" link is always present in order to prevent any app access issues. We have changed the default sender address to SpotMe Events "event-management@spotme.com" to further improve email deliverability. We recommend that you make these same changes to any custom email templates that you may have. Find out more |
Available automatically on all workspaces starting February 11, 2025. These changes are only automatically applied to the non-edited default email templates. For any customized email templates, please make the changes as explained here if needed. |
